What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge, I would say, is dealing with customer or provider objections that are somewhat out of our control. For example, with payer groups and insurance here in California, we can sometimes run into issues.
We are trying to work through those, but unfortunately, they can always halt things because they're a little beyond my control as a representative.
Another challenge is trying to hit monthly and quarterly numbers, especially since I have the largest targets on my team.
And then, I always joke that I need to clone myself because I have to be in so many places at once. So, time management will always be a challenge.
