It's easier said than done in this type of business. Sometimes people think it's really easy to matchmake and talk to people.
But at the end of the day, you have to become really good at reading people outside of a communication. Anybody who has a psychology degree, I feel like, would be really great for this.
Honestly, it comes down to communication and just knowing that you can't control every outcome. So, just learning how to read people.
