What does a day in the life of a senior account executive look like?
Some days are extremely busy, while other days I focus more on email and administrative tasks. I start my day by checking emails and reviewing my calendar.
I then work with clients to identify their top priorities for the day. This ensures we're focusing on roles that need to be filled quickly.
If a client has an urgent need, we immediately use LinkedIn. We also utilize our CRM, a database platform that stores information about candidates and clients.
On the CRM, we source talent and match candidates to open roles. After interviewing a candidate and confirming they are a good fit, we write a summary based on our conversation.
We then submit the candidate to the client. Once the client expresses interest in a candidate, we arrange interviews with the company.
This process includes scheduling. At the end of the day, I ensure everything is scheduled for the following day. I also assign priorities to my coordinator for the next day's tasks.
Overall, my work involves a lot of interviewing and connecting with people.
