What is your biggest challenge in your current role as director of operations?

Change management is not easy for a lot of people. When you're trying to implement a new process, it can be challenging to get buy-in from all the team members who will be following it.

Balancing priorities is also key. This involves managing multiple projects and ensuring they are all completed on time.

As Director of Operations, you play a role in almost every aspect of the business, from accounting to administrative tasks to customer success, and even certification programs. You are a jack of all trades and get pulled in many different directions.

Being able to identify your priorities and stick to them can definitely be a challenge.
