What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

I'll talk about my most recent full-time role. I was at Deliver as a Senior Program Manager within the Business Operations department.

My team was responsible for the supply chain program. For us, that meant all the packaging for Deliver's clients. Deliver is a B2B service.

The customers were individual DTC (Direct to Consumer) sellers, selling anything from shoes like Crocs to protein powder. We were responsible for ensuring we had enough packaging in the right locations at the right time.

We built the system and process to manage everything needed. I was a team manager responsible for setting goals, ensuring we hit them, and providing all our planning to leadership. It was a lot of day-to-day management, but also included analytics and planning.
