What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge in my current role is that there's no playbook. A lot of the questions I get asked don't have readily available answers.
I have to start digging around based on just a thought that popped into the CEO's head, like, "Hey, maybe we should spin off this part of the company, or maybe we should do that."
Is that a good idea? There's no real right or wrong answer, but I have to start trying to dig through and ask the right questions to come up with something that points us in the right direction.
