What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

My main responsibilities in my current role are to help my publishing partners achieve their revenue goals through ad monetization. I work with our sell-side team within Google, which is a large organization with different divisions.

Think of it like billboards. There are people who buy ad space, and then there are the billboard owners. My partners are the billboard owners in the digital advertising world.

These are online publishing partners who sell digital ad space using our platform. I work closely with them to understand their business priorities, challenges, and both their short-term and long-term goals. I help them achieve these goals through optimizations and by providing resources from Google.

Outside of my client work, I also handle internal tasks as a team lead. This involves sales operations, such as tracking our progress toward revenue targets and individual metrics. I also help determine what work is needed to meet these goals.

When new products launch, I facilitate "pitch clinics." This ensures the team is equipped to explain the value of each new product to our partners. Additionally, I conduct one-on-ones with teammates to provide mentoring and coaching, and to gauge our team's overall performance.

Overall, my role encompasses client relationship management and internal sales operations.
