What did you do in undergrad to set you up for success in your career?

I'd say there are two things here. One, I worked in undergrad, so I was working and a student. I think that really set a level of discipline that has helped me to this point.

I think had I not had some jobs or internships throughout college, when I entered the workforce, I might have been a little more shocked. I wouldn't have necessarily had some of the discipline in place then.

But beyond that, I think college and undergrad is a great opportunity to make connections and learn people skills. These skills are important and do play a factor in your career.

It’s a combination of working and having that social life. This allows you to make close-knit friends who are like-minded or highly motivated. We now have great careers and can lean on each other, asking for advice even if we aren't working at the same company.
