What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
As a high school principal, I handle a lot of different responsibilities. These range from conflict management and resolution to supporting and aiding teacher development.
I also work on recruiting and retaining staff. Additionally, I develop systems and structures at our school, as we are a founding high school. My role involves many different tasks and responsibilities.
