What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I love higher education because I love learning in general. I'm always learning something new. The moment I'm in a job where I don't learn anymore and there's nothing I can expand on, I need to start a stretch goal for myself.
Higher education is an industry where people are usually highly educated. They are very supportive of others getting educated and spreading knowledge.
I love that culture. People are very sharing, and you can find platforms to share not only your technical skills but even beyond that. Sometimes, even talking about a passion can lead to a big conversation and outcome.
