How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
This is a great question. I think there are so many different positive adjectives I could use, but I did narrow it down to four.
For the most part, people who thrive in the nonprofit industry are usually very organized and passionate about what they do and working with their team. They are very focused on the issue at hand and their subject matter.
I think they are also very positive, realizing that through encouragement and hard work, we can definitely achieve the missions we're working on. So, I would say those are my top four.
