Significant lesson regarding career.

One significant lesson I've learned in my career is to never say no to any challenge. I worked with many people who would turn down opportunities, and I was the one who would take them on.

Some employees would even make bets, saying I wouldn't last more than a certain number of months or weeks. They thought I couldn't handle it. But because I always took on those challenges, it didn't mean I had to win every single one.

The company knew there was someone willing to try and get things done. This allowed me to join so many different teams, and I was involved in the beginning with maybe ten different departments.

The best lesson is to never say no to a challenge at work. The worst that can happen is you learn something new and create more connections with different departments. This is always good for you when you're trying to move up in different positions. You'll know all the departments and who to connect with. So always saying yes and taking on a challenge opens up many doors.
