What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

They've changed a lot since I started. When I started, the company had about 13 people, and now we're close to 70.

At first, I was wearing a lot of hats, but now my role has narrowed. I would say I do a lot of project management and finance. I track how our projects are going and ensure we're doing well financially.

That's one side of my job. The other is internal process improvement. I look at all our company activities and consider things like whether we can use project management software or change our CRM tool.

A lot of that leads to new projects, like special projects focused on improving how the company works and all of our processes.
