I went to the University of Southern California, where I studied business and international relations. My internship there was in logistics for Converse, so I definitely had an interest in operations and supply chain.
After undergrad, my first role was as a manager of a brewery. It was a bit more entrepreneurial, helping to open the family business. I definitely got some good ops experience there that I brought into my next role, which was very different.
I was the operations lead at an engineering prototyping and consulting company. There, I was able to leverage a lot of my experience from college and my first role in operations.
