What have you learned about this role that you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry?
I think, just as I've mentioned, it's Acuity involved. It's always tough when you interview for a role and talk to people about it, trying to get a sense of a position.
You never truly can understand what you're doing until you end up doing it. As is the case with any role, understanding how ambiguous it is and switching from a cyclical type role into more of this ad hoc, everyday-is-different type role.
That was definitely a bigger transition and challenge than I anticipated. But once you get over the hump, I definitely think it makes for a more interesting day today.
