What does the day in the life of a senior strategy analyst look like?

Ambiguous is the word that comes to mind. Prior to working in strategy, I worked in financial analysis, accounting, and tax.

All of those roles were very cyclical and predictable in terms of workflow and when you'd get busy. Strategy has much more ebb and flow; it's ad hoc and depends on the whims of the stakeholders involved in the company.

You'll work on one thing one day and then something completely different the next. Sometimes you'll spend weeks on the same project, and other times you'll do something different each day.

For the most part, it involves analyzing show performance from financial, ratings, and viewership perspectives. Then, looking at associate costs and how they impact the company. It's about understanding a show's overall place in the ecosystem for both ADC and Disney.

The day-to-day changes in terms of what you're doing with each of those shows and categories.
