What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
One lesson I would suggest is to just go above and beyond, just a little bit. Do it consistently, and you'll automatically be top-tier among your colleagues.
Early in your career, at least in my experience, depending on the role, a lot of your life involves people asking you to do things. This could be colleagues, bosses, clients, or whoever.
If you can give them a little bit more than what they're asking for, and do that over time, they'll automatically trust you and like you. They'll see that you're hungry.
I think it is an easy way to distinguish yourself.
