What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge, I would say, is that some clients can be difficult to deal with and pretty demanding. That kind of comes with the territory in any customer-facing role.
You get the full gamut of clients, from those who are great to work with to some who are more difficult.
The way I deal with it is by learning when to be firm with a client and when to be accommodating and understanding. It's about knowing which relationships are more valuable and which situations are truly urgent, versus those where a client might say something is urgent when it's not.
Difficult clients are part of the job. The way to get through it is by putting your foot down when you have to and being super nice when you need to.
