What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I oversee all of our people programs. This means any program that all employees at the company will participate in, such as employee engagement surveys or performance reviews.
Different companies have different timings for these; they might be annual or occur four times a year. I touch programs related to employee development, promotions, or planning for how employees will grow in their roles.
I also manage our orientation program, ensuring new hires are welcomed to the company. We have many remote hires, so we focus on getting people together to get to know each other and become acquainted with the company.
