What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
My main responsibilities right now are mostly economic and policy research. I also teach labor economics to juniors and seniors, as well as to PhD students.
Additionally, I teach statistical research methods to seniors. The third aspect of my job is service, which means helping the university run.
I'm currently teaming up with professors from different departments to start a labor center. This center will connect researchers and students to labor policymakers and organized labor in the community.
