Q12: College ideas for success
What did you do in undergrad to set you up for success in your career?
In undergrad, the biggest things I did were the internships. I got a lot of exposure to how things operate early on.
Really spending a lot of time in internships, I even did them in high school. This meant I wasn't nervous to pick up the phone and call someone, or naive to how marketing works.
I gained a lot of the foundation in the basics that many people learn right out of school. Those experiences set me up and gave me a head start.
