What skills are most important for a job like yours?
Time management is paramount to doing my job. As I've mentioned, there are a ton of tasks, things, and different people to manage. If you don't have the ability to compartmentalize your time and fit everything into a day, you'll lose track of things quickly.
That's one of the biggest things, and I think hand-in-hand with that is being a self-starter. I love that I really get to be my own boss in my business. I really get to make decisions on how things are structured and which way I take them.
But with that comes the responsibility of being a self-starter. I don't have to leave my house or get out of bed every day. So if you don't have the ability to be a self-starter and get yourself going, the time management skill won't help much because you're still in bed.
Those two things are the most important skills you have to have in my job.
