I really love my role because it's unique. You get to have control of every aspect of your business lifecycle, from planning how you'll reach out to and work with referral partners, realtors, financial advisors, and CPAs, to dealing with marketing and the experience your buyers get when you bring them in.
It's a role that really allows me to use all aspects of the skills I learned in college every single day. It's definitely multifaceted.
