What did you do in your undergrad to set you up for success in your career?

I think more than anything is that I networked. While you're an undergrad, the learning and what you receive from your classes is amazing, but the people who surround you are amazing as well.

During my time in undergrad, I created a network that I didn't even realize would be valuable to me. In my role today, I still have referral partners that I met in college who send me deals every single month.

I've done loans for people who I went to college with, and that was a network that really got me going in my business. So, I really hope that undergrad students will really understand that.

Don't waste any moment that you're in undergrad. Take the learning, but also take the people around you in your surroundings and network. Make sure you leave good impressions and create long-lasting relationships because that's just as valuable as a diploma you receive.
