Michael, taking you back to your time at the University of Arizona. What did you do in undergrad that set you up for success in your career?
I was a business minor and a Psychology major. Applying my business minor to my job has been helpful in understanding how businesses operate, particularly with hiring and funding. Many of my cold outreach efforts are directed at companies that have recently raised funding or are undergoing significant hiring phases.
On the psychology aspect, my day-to-day interactions are primarily with clients or prospects. I'm constantly talking to people, whether they're in my office or elsewhere. Understanding how people analyze their real estate and their companies has also been beneficial.
