What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
As a marketing operations manager, there are many enjoyable activities I get to do. They range widely, which is why I like my job.
Data cleanliness and integrations between different technologies are my sweet spot. I love connecting technology to create more efficiencies, not just for my daily job, but for the entire marketing team's.
I enjoy finding different ways to look at campaign structure and the experience people have on our website or when they receive an email from us. Optimizing those experiences and creating more efficient data structures is where I thrive.
This includes seeing if a person has a specific prescription in a different platform, allowing us to send them targeted messages. Ultimately, my goal is to create the most efficient marketing team possible.
