What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

My industry is interesting because I'm on the cusp of the healthcare, insurance, and tech industries, sitting right in the middle of all of them. This allows me to tackle some very interesting problems and challenges related to the broken healthcare system in the United States.

I'm able to utilize technology and the skills I've built over the last 10 years in marketing operations. I can apply these skills and technology to address this broken system.

It's rewarding to see the results and the difference that my responsibilities make. This includes emails I send or specific campaigns that our marketing organization runs to help people understand why the system is so broken.

It's a very interesting place to be. I haven't been in this world for that long, and I'm learning a ton every single day. It's very refreshing to be here, especially coming from a solely tech background where I was in B2B SaaS, selling technology to other tech companies.
