Transcript

What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant throughout your career?

A lesson I learned very early on was that you should always make sure everyone you're working with knows you are reliable. If they assign a task to you, you will get it done on time and ask questions if needed. They won't have to micromanage you.

I think I moved up the career ladder a little faster than my colleagues because I became a go-to person for certain items. People knew I could handle tasks independently.

Some coworkers or people I've worked with in the past might not tackle a task right away. They don't always do as well in the industry.

So, I would just say to always have that attention to detail and be able to get your work done accurately. That will get you very far.
