What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?

I think just understanding that things can change quickly. Sometimes we're working on openings, and there's a major postponement, and we'll have to switch gears very quickly.

So I think just understanding that things can change, and you're going to have to be okay with that and know that you can adapt. But we always have a team to support us and pretty much guard our team, you know, what we can do after things change.

It's a fast-paced industry, so I definitely would have liked to see ahead of time just how quickly things take place or switch.
