Transcript

How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

Innovators, drivers, people who really understand the market and the needs of people out there. Everything is data-driven.

So, if we have 500,000 people looking for joint pain relief, how can we benefit them? How can we create a product that will help ease their pain? Not take it away fully, because every journey is different, but how can we ease their joint pain?

It's about being innovative and genuinely wanting to provide the best top-of-market product. The supplement industry is very competitive. There are companies that rely more on who the creators are versus the effectiveness of the product.

We're trying to do a little bit of both. We want to have the top-of-the-line product, but also have known names promoting it and seeing its benefit so that the word can spread. You have to be innovative, thought-provoking, and strategic in how you do that.
