What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

As a sales director, I manage a certain patch of strategic accounts. Day to day, it's managing those relationships and the deal flow with each customer.

My responsibilities include creating new opportunities, fostering them, and building out internal business cases. The enjoyable part for me is handling the strategic negotiations and contract portions to finalize these deals.

It begins with some hunting. Once relationships are built, it's about continuing to develop more opportunity within those relationships.

I'm focused primarily on growth within existing accounts, rather than new ones. My key role is to manage everything, ensuring it gets done from A to B, including engineering and service delivery, and just keeping things moving along.
