What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

My current role has a few responsibilities that show up in various ways. The first is platform administration. I keep tools and processes working for our go-to-market teams, those being sales, customer success, customer support, and marketing.

The second part of my role is data analysis. I identify new programs and initiatives that help make our company more money.

The third responsibility that I come back to quite often is strategic planning. Strategic planning relates to the analysis component because the planning comes after the analysis.

It's working on applying the insights I learned in the analysis to the tools we use. From there, I derive an enablement plan to publicize what I found to the teams I work with, in order to implement process change.
