What does a day in the life of a senior revenue operations analyst look like?
It varies day to day, but I can sum up what a week looks like, because weeks tend to be more similar than days. In a week, I'll have at least one operations team meeting with my team.
I'll also have one meeting with senior leadership, either in our sales or customer experience departments, and a meeting with our customer success managers. I'll review high-priority projects in Jira, which we use for project management.
I also set aside time for working on those projects to get done whatever I can in a week. Some of the work in those projects includes building a new field or an automation in our Salesforce instance, or Catalyst, which is our customer success platform.
I also create reports for executives and managers, or create a data visualization, or even prepare an enablement presentation.
