What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

The creative collaboration is a huge part of it. I feel incredibly fortunate to have a job and a career where I can make a living doing something that I find very creatively satisfying.

It's a cliche to say, "Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life," but that's kind of my reality. I have hobbies, but writing, which was my hobby, has basically been the thing I've wanted to spend all my time doing my whole life.

So now I get paid to do it. I can spend 10 hours a day getting paid to do it, and then I come home and can really relax. I don't feel like I have to squeeze in the thing I really love and care about during the couple of hours at the end of the day. No, I'm doing it all day long.

I feel very, very fortunate to be able to do that creative thing and get paid to do it.
