What have you learned about this role that you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry? For example, that you could go two or three months without making any money at all.
As an outside agency recruit, it's a rollercoaster ride of money. You can make $30,000 one month and be broke for the next two, three, or four months without making any placements.
It's a highly competitive industry. The lack of financial stability is the worst part of it.
