What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I like working for myself. I don't have a recruiting manager I have to explain things to.
I like making a lot of money. I enjoy talking to people. I'm the guy at the grocery store who thanks the cashier by name every time I go there and I'm always chatting people up.
So I think I enjoy the social aspect of it. But I also enjoy the feeling of having someone get a job, which is so exciting. "I made that happen," you know, thanks to me.
I'm also excited about the company getting a superstar candidate to help propel them, hopefully, to an exit. I'd say probably half of my clients have had very successful financial exits.
