Significant Career Lesson From A Real Estate Advisor At The Agency
Mark's significant career lesson is to "always take the high road," maintaining professionalism even in a competitive market like Arizona real estate with its "90,000 real estate agents," as this builds a strong reputation within the industry's close-knit community. This approach, advising team members to "act like somebody's watching," ultimately benefits their career in the long run.

Q11: Significant lesson - career
What is one lesson you've learned that has proven significant in your career?
I would say to always take the high road. That often comes back in spades, so I would always tell my team to act like somebody's watching.
Everything you're doing to help a client or learn about a property, whatever it might be, always do the right thing. Because that reputation, even though there are over 90,000 real estate agents, or there were a couple years ago out here in Arizona, it's still a pretty small community.
So always act with professionalism and take the high road and pay.
