A Day in the Life of a Real Estate Advisor at Sloat Group at The Agency
A Real Estate Advisor's day is unscheduled and varied, "every day's a little bit different," balancing proactive business development ("making phone calls, touching base with clients") with reactive client needs such as showing properties or meeting with potential sellers. The job's flexibility is offset by the need for in-person interactions.

What does a day in the life of a real estate advisor look like?
That's a good question. There are no set days, but we try to time block and manage our time. Monday and Tuesday mornings and Thursday mornings are dedicated to business development.
This includes making phone calls and touching base with current and prospective clients. However, we might get a call at any time requesting to see a house that evening or tomorrow.
We have to be available to open doors for buyers and meet face-to-face with sellers to discuss marketing their homes. There isn't a set schedule, which is something I like about the job.
Every day is a little different, and there's so much variety. It's hard to get bored in our business.
