What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I love that my role is really multifaceted. I do a lot of different things every day, not just one job all day, every day. It's not monotonous like some jobs where you're just doing one specific task all day, every day.

That's huge because it keeps you motivated and interested. I also like that this business is all about making relationships.

Part of my job is going out to happy hours or playing in a golf tournament, something where I'm meeting people and building relationships. I'm not just stuck in an office or at home all day long.

I'm out there trying to build relationships and bring in business. Every day is different.
