What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
As president and chief executive, my main responsibilities are driving the company strategy. I set the five-year growth plan and work with each department and division to help them achieve their annual plans.
We focus on growth targets and customer engagement targets. We discuss new ideas, new ways of doing things, and new channels we want to open. My primary responsibilities also include coaching, mentoring, and training the team when necessary.
Ultimately, I aim to inspire and motivate the team to do their best.
