As someone who identifies as a woman in Tech, how has that impacted how you navigate your career?

As a woman in tech, I've entered the field at a time when things are really taking off for women. I feel lucky to consult with large groups of women in my organization. We address common situations that arise in tech and work to smooth them out.

There are company-wide meetings, and we have a global women in tech group. Voices from all over our company have space to discuss issues that come up with teamwork and many other things. I feel fortunate to have a safe space where I can bring things up and gain understanding.

What's really cool about the women in tech group at my company is that many men attend the meetings. It's all about discussing women in tech, and as someone who identifies as a woman in tech, I'm fortunate to have these groups. They help me navigate different situations, some of which may require uncomfortable confrontation.

I'm happy to have a voice in tech.
