What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
That's an interesting question, as we're a very tight team. There are roughly 20 of us, and I'm the only entry-level position, even though I've been here for two years. Most of my coworkers have been here for over five years.
I mostly do asset management and compile materials to track performance and operations. I also handle all investor reporting because we syndicate most of our projects.
Additionally, I put together materials to raise money and aid the underwriting process. Every potential new project goes through underwriting, which is an extensive process.
We compile material, create many models, and understand the economics of the investment. Then, from those materials, we make a deal decision.
