What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

Within sports, you always wear more than one hat. It's rare that any role within the sports industry involves doing just one job.

Currently, I wear two hats. One is project management, and the other is business development.

For example, in project management, I'm developing all of our digital education courses. My company is known for the education we provide, so I manage the entire creation process from ideation to filming, talent, and editing.

This includes all the way to the sales portion of our journey. I manage the whole process and all the people involved. We produce about four to five courses a year, which is a full-time job in itself.

On top of that, I also handle business development. Right now, I'm doing a lot of SWOT analysis and other tasks related to the NBA offseason and what athletes are looking for, as well as the youth market. So, it involves a lot of research on the business development side and managing tasks on the education side.
