Have you learned anything about this role that you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry?
One thing I've learned about this role is I guess I didn't realize how much client-facing the role is. When I started, I didn't even know the term "client relationship management."
It is actually something I really enjoy about the role, but it wasn't something that was on my radar. I thought I was going to be doing nitty-gritty work like excluding projects or interacting with the actual software system.
So, just how much you actually have to present your company or present the work that you're doing to your client or any external party.
