How would you describe people who typically drive in this industry?
I would say there's a mix of people who are definitely mission-driven and intrinsically motivated. This can be related to the product you're working on, the students you're serving, or even the clients.
I think that's a common factor that keeps everybody engaged at work. In terms of program management or the client relationship management side, people tend to be very tactful and skilled in how they communicate and present information. They are also very organized in how they think about things and don't get overwhelmed by the details because they are on top of all the moving pieces.
