What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
I would say this is almost the obvious answer, but you can really learn a lot from the people you're working with. Even if you don't want to be in a certain industry or role forever, people have valuable skill sets or experiences that they are generally willing to share.
People seem pretty excited when you ask them questions about their lives and past experiences. I've found that to be a very rewarding way to interact with my coworkers. It's also shown me the range of possibilities for my future, just from hearing about what they've done.
