What does a day in the life of an operations growth and strategy manager look like?
My role can vary pretty drastically on any given day. Sometimes that involves third-party contractors in our warehouse. This means I'm working alongside them, ensuring they work safely and meet our timelines without impacting our day-to-day operations.
My days could also involve working through Excel. I project out expected returns and ensure we have the capacity for them. I do Excel work and model how things vary based on different factors.
Within that, I have internal meetings. I work with our day-to-day operations and software teams to ensure I'm aware of new product launches. I also work with marketing teams rolling out new initiatives. I make sure they're aware of new things we're doing in operations.
