Biggest Challenges Faced By A Marketing Specialist At GoGather
Madison's biggest challenge as a Marketing Specialist at GoGather is maintaining creative energy throughout the workday, admitting that "some days are not meeting heavy" and "producing content...eight hours a day is tough". To combat this, Madison prioritizes tasks, tackling those requiring "critical thinking" earlier in the day and saving less demanding work for later.

What's your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge is just running out of steam. Sometimes, riding so much can be a lot. Some days aren't meeting-heavy, and other days meetings are nice to break up the monotony of just riding all the time.
Some days I'll be head down producing content, and that's tough to do eight hours a day. I'd say I sometimes lose some creativity.
Usually, I just clock off at five and then wake up the next day totally reset. After a long day, I like to do some relaxation and not think too much.
That's why I prioritize tasks like more critical thinking at the beginning of the day, and then less video editing, that kind of stuff, at the end of the day.
