What does a day in the life of a project coordinator look like?

That's a great question. For me, it's different every day. I work on many different projects, clients, and topics.

My day entirely depends on the clients I'm working with and the stages their projects are in. Generally, I'll have meetings with clients and email back and forth with both clients and internal team members.

I do a lot of coordination with the engineers on our team, as they have a very different skillset from me. There's a lot of communication and talking between us.

I also spend a lot of time generating deliverables, whether that's a mid-project presentation or a final report. I plan many meetings, not just client check-ins, but also larger stakeholder engagement meetings where we discuss goals for an institution.

And then there's the general work that comes with these projects, like doing the data analysis, inventories, or creating designs. A lot of my time is spent independently working on that. That's the best majority of my day, but what I'm actually working on very much depends on the client and the project.
