What do you enjoy most about the role as director of sales?
I think I enjoy two things. One is developing people; seeing people grow and progress, and being a part of that is really cool and rewarding from an individual standpoint.
Then, from a business perspective, seeing your impact drive numbers throughout a large organization is also very rewarding. For example, the prospecting tools we developed are still being used and have generated millions of dollars.
That's really cool. The linear regression I ran was adopted and is now used throughout all the different sales histories for the other sales districts. That was really cool and rewarding to see.
I'm thinking on a high level, so that was rewarding. I think those are the two biggest things.
